I Raffinatori manuai RM400 e RM500 da banco, racchiudono nelle loro limitate dimensioni la robustezza, la tecnologia e la praticità tipiche di macchine più grandi.
I cilindri di d.60 mm sono in acciaio inox AISI304, a richiesta in materiale antiaderente P.E.T., la struttura della macchina è costituita da lamiera di acciaio AISI304 piegata ed elettrosaldata, i raschiatori sono in P.E.T. o in AISI430 teflonato.
La semplicità di funzionamento è assicurata grazie ad una leva laterale sempre a portata di mano che in qualunque momento può essere usata per variare lo spessore ed a un pratico indicatore visibile da qualsiasi posizione di lavoro.
Tutti i materiali di cui è composta la macchina sono adatti al contatto con gli alimenti.
La macchina è montata su piedi ad altezza regolabile in modo da adattarla al piano di lavoro.
